- centralized all hyperparameters and paths into the new 'config.yaml' file to eliminate hardcoded values
- optimized performance by moving image encoding to the GPU and refactoring dataloaders to use a shared base class
- enhanced the training scripts with config-driven settings, improved logging, and standardized checkpoint management.
- consolidated evaluation into a unified inference script and removed redundant demo files
